The Webs Best Anime Papercraft Sites
I like papercraft. I like it so much that I’ve posted waaaaaay too much about it on an otaku website. But… my focus is on anime papercraft so that makes it okay I would hope.
I was wondering where the best sites on anime papercraft would be and there is a surprising amount…
Here are the best anime papercraft sites I’ve found:
- Gunime
- Focuses mainly on anime; specifically Gundam and Robot anime papercraft, though they do have an impressive collection of links to cute anime girl papercraft. This one is my second favorite, just one step below Paperkraft.net.
- Papercraft Only
- Has a great collection of links, including a transformable police car to fighter plane papercraft and probably the coolest Iron Man I’ve ever seen.
- Papercrapt
- Why this site calls itself “papercrapt” is a mystery to me, since it has such an amazing collection of figures. Gundam, Patlabor and some Anime are the focus of this site. Also has some Transformer stuff, but I’m not sure if it actually transforms.
- Gundam And Robot Anime
- Don’t let the sparseness of the front page fool ya… there’s some good stuff here. But from what I’ve seen, there’s not much figure anime around, just a lot of cubee type stuff.
This of course is not a definitive list. It’s just a sample of the anime papercraft out there for downloading and assembly. Check it out and let me know what you think!
