Watch How 'Logan' Should Have Ended

I love to laugh, and the folks at How It Should Have Ended constantly fit the bill.  This time, they've set their sites on Logan and strangely enough, I got a little misty as well...

Visit their site for more alternate endings of your favorite movies.

Finally! The Flying Car We've Been Promised Takes Shape

This is for all my tech otaku homies.

So far this I.F.O. designed by designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini is only in the concept stage but finally, we have something more concrete than the Jetsons and old issues of Popular Mechanics to show us what those flying cars we've been promised look like!

Watch Entire Series of Samurai Champloo Free!

So in a serious fit of generosity, Funimation has released the entire series of Samurai Champloo... on YOUTUBE no less.

I can't really say a lot about this except thank the otaku gods for this blessing.  Now if you're used to seeing it on Adult Swim, you may find it a bit hard to follow since it's subtitled but hell, if you're otaku you probably didn't like the dubbed version anyways.

Here's a little taste for you.  The series itself can be found here.

Did Japanese Filmgoers Like "Ghost In The Shell?"

"Ghost in the Shell" did not do as well as hoped for here in the States, so I'm told. It wasn't without it's share of controversy either, what with accusations of "whitewashing," but that was to be expected to a degree.  But what did Japanese movie critics think of the film?

Thor - Ragnarok Teaser Trailer Hits The Internet

Ragnarok Doth Come

First, look at this:

When I was a boy, I saw "Superman - The Movie" and it changed my life.  It showed me that comic books could be translated into film and I immediately began imagining how my favorite DC characters could be shown on the big screen.

DC did well at first, with Michael Keaton's version of Batman hitting the theatres, then the even darker version given to us by Christian Bale but then...

"Green Lantern" came, and that's all I have to say about that.

I thought that "Man of Steel" would fix things but all that happened was that I seethed in my theater seat while Jonathan Kent told his adopted son that it might have been better to let a school busload of middle schoolers die.

Marvel Studios reinstated my faith in the comic book movie with "The Avengers" and almost every movie that followed.  Except "Fantastic Four" but that really didn't happen.  No matter what you may have seen.

Anyway I say all that to say this.  The teaser trailer for "Thor: Ragnarok" has dropped and this by itself should get your fanboy juices a-flowin'.

Excelsior, yo.
